When Is The Last Day To Order?

The latest orders are accepted for the upcoming Sunday delivery or pick-up is Thursday at 7:00PM. Any order that is placed after Thursday 7:00 PM will apply for the following week’s order, not the current week. What Does Each Meal Prep Come With?

All of our meals are prepared and cooked fresh weekly, portion controlled and ready to eat!

A standard meal is 4 oz.

4oz Protein | 4oz Carbs | 2oz Veggies


Is There a Minimum to Place an Order?

Yes! In order to have your order placed and fulfilled, you must have a minimum of 5 items for individual entrees.

How Long Do The Meals Last?

Our meals will stay fresh, tasty, and packed with flavor for up to 6 days from receiving. All meals must be refrigerated upon delivery/pick-up. We do recommend freezing ALL meals not being consumed within 3 days for maximum freshness.

Allow frozen meals to thaw in the refrigerator overnight for your next day breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Are the Containers Microwave Safe or Recyclable?

Yes and Absolutely Yes! All containers provided are microwave safe, BPA Free and 100% recyclable. 


Do You Deliver?

We do deliver! Our handling fee to have your meals at your door step is $13.99 within 30 miles from our Jurupa Valley location.


What Time Is Delivery?

If you opted for delivery at check out, your meals will be delivered anywhere in between 8AM-5PM on Sunday in the Inland Empire, LA & OC County. 

You get LIVE delivery updates and can message your delivery driver if needed, receive an ETA and picture upon delivered order.

Can I Pick Up?

Yes! We do offer pick up at our 6th Sense Gym location in Ontario, CA on Monday 8 AM - 6 PM.

We change the menu items every 2 weeks to keep things new and exciting for our customers. Some favorite items do come back! :)
